We will send you an email the day before your collection or delivery with a tracker link for your rider. This link will allow you to see the location of your rider in real-time, so you know exactly when to expect them.
On the day of your collection or delivery, you will also receive a text message with another tracker link. This will allow you to continue following the progress of your rider as they approach your location.
